She preferred being tucked up underneath Raiden's chin, hiding her furious blushes at that moment. She didn't think she would be able to handle looking at him right now, as she was positively radiating warmth from her face. It was easier to ignore it from there, where Raiden couldn't see and she could try to concentrate on something else, to make the redness go away. Anemone waited for a little while silent letting Raiden absorb what she had said. Whether he believed her or not was up to him, but she hoped what she had said assured him somewhat.
For a few minutes she watched her fingers twisting around Raiden's hair, shifting only when Raiden began speaking and she heard him release a low sigh. A grin tugged at the corners of her mouth with the mention of her being stubborn and persistant. He had a point - but if she wasn't stubborn or persistant then things wouldn't be the way they were. Landing a light kiss on Raiden's neck, Anemone countered.
"You're just as stubborn as I am, y'know. Obviously I just have the stronger will." Her tone was smug and she ended chuckling, covering her mouth with a hands as Raiden pulled back. Tilting her head to one side, Anemone considered Raiden's query about more questions, making a face at the annoyed tone and the half-smirk.
In truth, she had a lot of questions she wanted to ask. Each answer Raiden gave only prompted more questions that needed answers. But Raiden wasn't one to answer questions, even now when he was opening himself to them, she doubted the answers would be hugely indepth or give much insight. "I have a lot," Anemone admitted grinning, "but I'll settle for two."
"The first is... more a request than a question, just tell me something. Something no one else knows. It can be big or small, an event or a secret, but something that you've not told anyone else. Or a lot of people. And the second," Anemone giggled quickly pressing a kiss to Raiden's lips, "do you maybe have a t-shirt or something I could borrow? Bikinis aren't the warmest things in the world."
Anemone indicated to her current two piece, and grinned sheepishly.

Raiden had allowed himself a simple eye roll when Anemone commented that she had the stronger will. She was probably right. At least.. His will had been pretty much non-existent in her case. Where had it’s iron grip gone?
Shrugging the irrelevant thought away, Raiden half smirked at Anemone’s admittance. He wasn’t surprised by the fact that she had a lot of questions she wanted to ask. He was surprised that she only wanted to ask two. Not that he was complaining.
A small line creased between his brows as his mind once again slipped into thought. What could he tell her? Something he hadn’t told anyone else? Well - that could be anything. He didn’t tell anyone anything.
He was pulled from his brief thoughts when Anemone kissed his lips and then went on to her second request.
Raiden dropped his gaze to view Anemone’s clothing, or rather lack of. He’d completely forgotten that she was dressed in nothing more than a two-piece. Nodding his head, he turned and left the kitchenette area, disappearing into his room.
One minute later, Raiden emerged with a dark material folded neatly in his hands. He crossed over to Anemone and handed her the shirt. “Here.” He offered. “This is all I really have.” All he really had that would fit her. None of his jeans or sweat bottoms would.
“I really hate cake.” He said, once Anemone had taken the offered clothing. He folded his arms across his chest and frowned lightly. “I hate icing too.” his frown turned into a light grimace, which disappeared just as quick as it had appeared.
He doubted this little fact was what Anemone had been hoping for. But she’d said something big or small. Besides he really did hate cake. Better she know now in case she has the urge to surprise him with it on ‘special occasions’ like Ella does. He already forces it down for the annoying blonde, that’s enough for him.

Arching an eyebrow at the crease at appear between Raiden's eyebrows, most likely at her odd request, Anemone managed to fight the want to smooth it out with her fingers. He was going t o stay that way if he kept frowning like that. He didn't need to think so seriously about everything - or look so sombre. But, she supposed, that was just his expression when he was thinking. Getting answers for her random questions probably wasn't something he was used to.
Anemone's sheepish grin remained stationed on her features while Raiden appraised her current lack of clothing, confirming it for himself. She hadn't noticed the cold at first, and in fact it was rather non-existant when she was cuddled up against him, but she couldn't stay there like a limpit on a rock, so the request for more clothing was more for while she wasn't following him like puppy.
She watched him disappear into the bedroom of his quarters and took the oppertunity to stretch her limbs out and relax. She was liking the new calmness that had settled in her chest since arriving back at the school with Raiden. Though the earlier conversation on the beach was still fresh in her mind, and probably would remain there for some time she felt less fragile now.
"Thank you." Anemone accepted the t-shirt Raiden handed her and unfolded it quickly, slipping it up and over her head. She pulled her hair out of the back of the neck just as Raiden admitted he didn't like cake and froze in place.
"You don't like cake?" she repeated, perplexed. "How can you not like cake? I thought everyone liked cake." Dropping her arms to her sides, after pulling her hair free, Anemone pursed her lips looking at the shirt which now swamped her, reaching the tops of her thighs, and falling off her right shoulder. "Its a bit on the big side." She grinned and crossed the space to lean on the arm of the two-seater Raiden had taken a seat on earlier.
"Okay so... you don't like cake. Which... I can't get my head around," Anemone shrugged her bare shoulder, treating Raiden to a small grin, "but fair enough. Can't be all perfect." She winked at him, running her fingers back through her hair, "any questions you want to ask me? Anything you want. Give me your worst." Anemone's grin slipped into a smile halfway between playful and challenging.

Raiden stared.
He couldn’t help but stare.
There was something oddly attractive about his large shirt hanging over Anemone’s small form. He’d seen her in a bikini before and whilst that had been and always would be a pleasant sight, there was something- - more - - with her wearing his shirt that made him want to grab her up in his arms and kiss her breathless. Maybe it was the way it skimmed her mid-thigh? Or maybe it was the way it sat across her shoulders, allowing only one shoulder to be bared? He didn’t know. All he did know was that it made his fingers twitch with anticipation and his mouth dry with hunger.
Anemone shrugged her bare shoulder. He wanted to kiss her there. The urge was so agonizingly overwhelming that he blinked, two - three times with surprise, and then forced his straying thoughts to Anemone’s lips. They were moving, she was speaking. What was it she was talking about?
Raiden blinked hard, she was asking him whether or not he had any questions for her. Yes, he had questions. But he needed to re-organise his thoughts. He unfolded his arms and moved to take a seat at the opposite end of the couch Anemone leant against, where she wasn’t in his direct line of vision.
“I have questions.” He said after a short moment. His mind couldn’t help but think back to what she had told him earlier. He wanted to know more about Deities. He wanted to know more about the thing inside of her. The thing that would kill her. He growled darkly at that thought. He hated the deity she housed. Calling it a deity was a joke. A deity, a god? More like a devil. Why else would it take her life whilst she was so young?
He sighed and pushed those daunting thoughts from his mind. He really didn’t understand any of it. And it wasn’t something he liked to think about. Anemone was here now. For the moment that would be enough. When the time came. When her time came, then he’d find a way to prevent her from dying. He’d drag it out of her himself if he could.
Grunting, Raiden rolled his head to the side and observed Anemone. He really couldn’t think of a question he wanted to ask that didn’t revolve around her being a Deity holder and what it meant and the why‘s and the how‘s. He wouldn’t ask her any further about that at the moment. He didn’t want to upset or worry her with his dislike of the matter.
“Tell me your happiest moment.” He said finally, his eyes looking at her expectantly. He didn’t have many happy moments in his life. He wanted to know hers.

Raiden's staring was something Anemone found a bit un-nerving. He seemed to find a lot of things to stare at when it came to her, things to scrutinize. She wasn't sure whether that was a good thing or not. It made Anemone picked self-consciously at the material of the garment she now wore. She looked down at the front, wondering if perhaps he'd given her a shirt with an offensive statement on it.
Nope - it was blank. Anemone frowned inwardly. What? Being stared at was weird and maybe he didn't realize quite how much it unnerved her.
Still as he moved to sit at the opposite end of the sofa, Anemone decided to push her worries and her own insecurities to the back of her mind and focus on them later. She could deal with things later. She would have to get used to Raiden. She wasn't sure if Raiden was used to having a girl around... well - he had said he hadn't had any girlfriends before, so that answered that question already. So if he wasn't used to having women around, having one wearing his t-shirt was probably more weird for him.
Anemone made a mental note to try and put some effort into wearing actual clothes... rather than just bikinis or hot pants. Try and be helpful.
"Hm?" Anemone glanced at Raiden as he asked about her happiest moment. She kept her gaze fixated on Raiden for a few long moments, before staring out across the room, thinking heavily. She hadn't expected a question like that... happiest... moment? She considered this for a while. The considered several things, the first time she summoned Fossu, the first time she found she could breathe under water.
After some time, Anemone eventually decided, and slipped off the arm of the sofa, curling up on one of the cushions, looking up at Raiden. "When I left my village for the first time. It probably doesn't sound like such a big deal to you, but for us... we're not allowed to leave unless we have expressed permission from my - the village leader, Yunka. But I got sick of it, so I ended up leaving. And once it was out of eyesight I dunno - it was like a weight had been lifted. No expectations, no brothers, no one breathing down my neck. Ironic thing is, I stayed on the island, close to home."
Shrugging again, Anemone fiddled with the hem of the t-shirt for a moment with her fingers. "Can I ask..." she paused for a moment, not entirely sure how to continue. She felt like she had to ask, but wasn't sure if what Raiden would say would be something she wanted to hear or not. "About earlier on the beach... what made you to decide your original decision was the right one? And what changed your mind?"

Raiden watched as Anemone slipped into thought and then listened as she gave him her answer. He considered her words for a moment. He thought over all that he had learnt of her so far and frowned at a stray thought that stood out more than the others had.
Anemone carried a deity, which told Raiden that she was someone important. Was it okay for her to just up and leave? Wouldn’t this Yunka, the village leader, wouldn’t he come looking for her? The Hanyou was about to question Anemone about it, but was stopped short when Anemone began to speak.
Raiden’s sigh was quiet. He didn’t want to talk about what had passed between them on the beach. He didn’t want to talk about his muddled feelings more than he needed to. Anemone didn’t need to know why he had said what he’d said, did she? He didn’t think so. But she wanted to know.
“I’m not-” He paused and frowned, his brows furrowing together in a deep crease. He wasn’t any good at talking about feelings or emotions or why he ticked the way he ticked. He struggled visibly, his eyes staring straight ahead. “- - I’m not good for you. I‘m not safe.”
“There’s something dark in me.” He went on, his eyes closing for a brief moment. He breathed out a deep sigh and they flickered open again. “I didn’t want you to be around a monster.”
That’s why. That’s why I wanted to push you away. You deserve better, Anemone.
“But I’m selfish.” He said and turned his head to look down at her. “I know that I’m not right for you. I know that you deserve - -” He stumbled again and took a deep breath. “- better, more.” He paused again, his eyes concentrated on her face - on her eyes.
“But I want to keep you anyway.”
Raiden lowered his gaze towards the floor and then turned his head away completely. His heart hammered hard against his chest, uncomfortable. Revealing things about himself was unnerving - embarrassing. He hated that he felt awkward and completely out of place.
“Is it okay for you to be out of your village?” He questioned suddenly, attempting to pull the subject away from himself and to Anemone. “You said that to leave a person needed permission and that you left without it.” He looked at her again, his expression serious. “Yunka. Will he come for you?”
His mind growled darkly at that thought. Like hell would Raiden let anyone take Anemone from him. He was sure in that moment, that he would fight to keep her. Even against this Yunka. That was if it ever came to that.

With the first slow sentance out of Raiden's mouth, Anemone tried to pretend she hadn't felt her heart rate increase. She was curious to know about the reasons behind his descision, and then the change in it, but Raiden's opening words made her worry that her curiousity could cause him to rethink his descision again. Something about the phrase ' not good for you' was now etched onto Anemone's memory, she doubted she'd be able to think of anything but the earlier evening whenever the phrase was uttered.
She listened intently, interested in what Raiden's explationation was. Interested, but also trepidacious. In case his words weren't what she wanted to hear. In case his speaking, thinking things through made him rethink everything. And while she was tempted to speak, or move towards him as he struggled with his words, she resisted. Instead tightened her grip of the hem of his t-shirt until her knuckles were turning white.
Everything Raiden said Anemone wanted to argue against. She had told him she didn't think he was a monster, no matter what he might have believed about himself. And selfish? If he was selfish then so was she. If she wasn't she would have just taken his answer and left it. Not turned on him, begging him to reconsider. With his head turn away fully and silence sitting between them dragging on, Anemone considered whether to move towards him or whether to stay in one place. Whether she should change the subject entirely, or keep pressing on this uncomfortable dicussion that was needed... necessary. But difficult.
As she decided, Raiden beat her to it, questioning more about her home. Anemone bit her lower lip briefly before answering, "I doubt it. He'll come for me when he wants me - when he's found the other four Deities. Which will probably be after my life span so... as long as I go back on occasion, and take whatever degrading comments he has to say to me on, he'll leave me alone." Anemone decided to bypass any other details for the moment, there were more pressing matters that needed approaching.
"What you said... then." Anemone murmured, starting not sure how to continue. Bringing her knees up to her chest and wrapping one arm around them, while the fingers on her other hand traced one of the patterns on her leg, "about earlier, I mean... if you think you're selfish - what does that make me?" She kept her tone calm, gentle and thoughtful, but serious. Focusing on the marking her finger was outlining.
"Anyone else would have cried, but let you go... but I didn't. I don't heed your warnings, or listen when you say you're wrong for me. More than that, I don't believe you. I'm the one who's selfish." She chuckled once, lifting her eyes slowly, meeting Raiden's face and continuing to speak, "I think we're both as bad as each other. You want to keep me, even though you think you're dangerous... or a monster - something I disagree with completely. And I want you because you're the first person is eighteen years of existance who has made me feel like I am not doomed."
"And to be honest I want you to keep me." Anemone felt her cheeks flush and dropped her eyes to her knees, "y'know cause... that means I can stay where you are and to me that - that's a good thing." She rolled her eyes at herself and her bashfulness. Her markings had lit up while she had been speaking, and were now at a constant faint glow

Anemone was quick to answer his question about whether or not Yunka would come looking for her, almost as if she was brushing the subject beneath the carpet.
He’d growled when she mentioned her ‘life-span.’ Thoughts flooded his mind again. It was something he’d never stop thinking of and he knew it, not until he found a way for her to live longer.
Raiden himself, had a long life-span. All demons did. They out-lived humans by hundreds - thousands of years. Raiden being half-demon knew that his life would be a long one. He would out-live any non-human he became involved with. He knew this, he accepted it. But the fact that Anemone had a life-span that was shorter than the average humans made everything so much harder.
He pressed his eyes into a hard blink, his brows furrowed and attempted to push the thoughts that kept creeping back into his mind, down into a dark and quiet place.
Raiden listened to Anemone as she began to speak again, pressing onto their earlier conversation. He sighed, uncomfortable, Anemone was so damn persistent. He glanced to the brunette at her question and watched as her finger traced a pattern on her leg.
“You’re not selfish.” He said after a moment of considering her words. “Just brainless.” He smirked lightly, to show that he wasn’t being entirely serious. He didn’t think she was selfish, but he did think that she was being somewhat careless about the whole thing. She was ignoring the facts. Ignoring that he had done wrong. Ignoring his warnings. Any sane person would have ditched him by now.
But if he was being honest, he was glad she was being careless. He wouldn’t have her otherwise.
When Anemone began to glow, Raiden felt himself smile. “I guess we’re both stupid.” He shrugged his shoulders back against the couch and scratched at a furry ear.
Reaching over, Raiden caught the hand that was mindlessly tracing a glowing pattern and linked his fingers through Anemone’s, his hand squeezing hers lightly.
“Forget everything- -” he paused again and dropped his head back onto the couch, his eyes staring up at his ceiling. “- - just forget everything bad or - - upsetting that has happened between us.” He rolled his head to the side so that he could see Anemone’s face. Her cheeks were still flushed a pretty pink.
“I will never hurt you again, Anemone. I promise. We’re together now.” He breathed, forcing out the unsettling feeling that tickled at his insides. He needed to get this out. He needed her to be sure. For her to be at ease, at peace with him. He didn‘t want her to worry or fear or question or cry. “You’re a part of my life. You’re a part of me. Nothing is going to change that now. Not my doubts, or my fears, or my - - insecurities.”
The words were tumbling from his lips in hard yet soft steady rhythm. He was speaking with his heart rather than his mind.
“Nothing is going to tear us apart.” He pressed his lips into a hard determined line and what he couldn’t convey through expressions he did through his eyes.

The feeling of vulnerability from earlier in the evening was creeping back into anemone's mind which was why she kept her eyes down and didn't rebuff Raiden's statement of them both being stupid. She was able to tell enough from his tone that he wasn't serious, but she knew that in any other normal circumstance she would have feigned being insulted by his comment, or made some quick-witted comment in return. At the moment she couldn't even think of one.
It was hard putting your feelings out for people to see, harder still when it was someone who mattered to you so much it hurt. And even harder when that person gave so very little away in whatever they said. Anemone knew that Raiden's guardedness would frustrate her at times... she just hoped he would become more comfortable divulging things over time.
Anemone followed the trail of Raiden's arm from his hand to his face with her eyes when he grasped, and squeezed her own. She reciprocated, though kept her expression schooled to simply interested in what he was he had to say.
She listened intently, registering every word and each syllable, letting the meaning and seriousness of the phrases penetrate. As the words continued to spill from Raiden's mouth, from somewhere that wasn't his usual heavily guarded self, Anemone felt a contented feeling beginning to warm her from her fingertips and all throughout her body.
Raiden's words only continued to increase this warmth she felt. The admission that she was a part of his life, and that they were together made a sense of contentment and calm settle in Anemone's chest. A sensation she hadn't felt before - that was unfamiliar.
Her eyes remainded fixated on Raiden's for some time once he had finished speaking. She almost didn't want to breathe in case she broke the silence between them. An unspoken silence of understanding and mutual agreement. Eventually Anemone sighed thoughtfully and twisted herself onto her knees. She shuffled over the cushions to Raiden's side and used her free hand to trace a pattern over his features, her fingertips brushing across his forehead, down the bridge of his nose and over his lower lip.
Moments later, the wandering digits had been replaced by Anemone's lips pressing against his own softly. For some reason, her heart rattled against her ribcage like she'd suddenly been jolted with one of Forchet's lightning strikes. Anemone broke away, resting her temple against Raiden's. "I know... and I believe you."
Again her lips were against Raiden's soft at first, though the kiss was made more intense quickly when Anemone allowed her instincts to take over for a brief few minutes. Her kiss was the first thing to grow in cadence, becoming hotter quickly, demanding. The warmth of contentment that had spread about her limbs was growing in temperature, making it feel like her skin was burning. She had puppeteered the hand of Raiden's she still held to her waist, as she shifted and straddled over Raiden's hips.
Both her hands now free, they came up to Raiden's shoulders, fingertips trailing down his skin. Anemone's brain kicked in again, instinct seeming to have played its part. She pulled away from Raiden slowly, trying to breathe normally. Heat radiated from her cheeks like she was on fire, and her current situation only made that heat increase. "I should probably stop that now..." She muttered, nodded a few times to herself, "do... you want me to move?"
((My excuse for the above: Anemone is a teenager! She has hormones!))

Raiden found that he couldn’t quite remember what he and Anemone had been talking about before she began kissing him. He also found that he didn’t quite care. It was hard to think or care about anything when Anemone was kissing him the way she was. The Hanyou was hesitant at first, responding to Anemone’s hot kisses slowly, until she moved to straddle his hips. It was only then that instinct began to take over. He was quick to match Anemone’s hungry kisses with his own, his lips moving with hers in a heated rhythm. His fingers curled into the fabric of the large shirt she wore, pressing into her waist, pulling her closer. Raiden matched Anemone kiss for kiss, his lips moving with hers in a heated rhythm. His heart hammered hard against his chest. Anemone would be the death of him, he was sure. Her kisses were toxic - addictive. He wanted more. He’d always want more. When Anemone broke their kiss, he bit back a strangled whimper, his maroon eyes snapping open. Her breathing was heavy, ragged and it tickled his aching lips, taunting. “No.” He breathed, his words just above a whisper and then with much effort he tore his eyes away from Anemone’s parted lips and to her pink eyes. He didn‘t want her to move but he knew she should. He‘d get carried away, he knew he would. “But you should.” Raiden watched her silently and then lifting one arm he brushed his finger tips across her flushed cheeks before moving his hand to brush his thumb against her lower lip. He moved his hand to brush up into her long hair, whilst his other rested on her lower back. He was kissing her again, not as fast before. They were playful nips and gentle tugs to her lower lip - teasing and light. ___________
((OOC: Haha! It's okay. Raiden is male. Enough said. Lol. xDD))

Anemone had to wonder what it was about Raiden that did this to her. Made her stop listening to every rational and sensible thought in her mind, in preferance for her more deep set and primal desires. Something about him made her brain disconnect when she was in a close vicinity and made her want to pay more attention to her instincts, an act she was ideally forbidden from doing.
It was liberating in a way to feel the erratic thunder of her heart beat and to be able to kiss him in such a way in made her want to keep doing it, stay where she was, matching his kisses and movements. Challenging him, almost. What caused her some irritation was that while everything else was urging her to keep her lips against his and push this as far as she could, a tiny voice, she recognised as her own kept mentioning how she had requested they take things slowly. And she couldn't ignore the voice, hard as she tried. Which was the reason she pulled away.
Her increased rate of breathing surprised her, and it took all her willpower not to just carry on after asking her fairly innocent question. Raiden's response to which she wasn't surprised by. She really should move, things were getting rather... heavy. They should quit while they were ahead, but Anemone's resolve waivered severely as Raiden began to trail his fingers over her heated skin, and then follow this with slow and playful kisses.
"You're not making this easy, y'know." Anemone murmured in a voice she didn't recognise as her own at first. "You tell me I should move, but insist on tempting me to stay." She found it difficult to think, let alone speak coherantly with the inviting kisses a constant distraction for her.
She should move. Anemone knew she needed to move, if she didn't it be a slippery slope and it probably wouldn't be easy to climb back up for either of them. But she didn't want to move. And Raiden had said he didn't want her to, so moving would actually be doing something neither of them wanted her to do. So there would be no moving. She would remain steadfast where she was.
Mind made up, Anemone put an end to to Raiden's teasing, turning her head to the side and shifting, making herself more comfortable. "Well now you've done it, I don't want to move any more." She smiled for a moment, then leaned forward resting her lips against Raiden's neck, feeling his pulse race through his skin. She planned an open mouthed kiss on the point, following an invisible trail up his neck, grazing his skin with her teeth.
Anemone returned her lips to Raiden's kissing him again, deeply and heart felt, and less frantic than before. She replicated his earlier actions by lightly nipping his lower lip as she broek away. "And there is nothing you can do about it."

Raiden couldn’t help but smirk, almost smug, when Anemone murmured that he wasn’t making this easy.
He shuddered, his hands curling tight into the large shirt she wore. The teasing nip she applied to his lower lip after their brief kiss, and the alluring words she whispered were enough to push him to an edge he knew he couldn’t approach.
Inhaling deeply through his nose, Raiden closed his eyes for a brief moment and exhaled. He tried to re-organise his thoughts. To ignore his urges. Having Anemone in his apartment where they were alone and dressed in one of his shirts, straddling his hips was not helping.
“You’re going to kill me.” He murmured, his jaw tight, his breathing still shallow and heavy.
Now was his chance to move he realised, before he lost complete control. He could feel that he had little restraint when it came to Anemone. He kissed her and it wasn’t enough. He pressed her body to his and it wasn’t enough. His senses were overcome with nothing but her and it still wasn’t enough. It would never be enough, he’d want more.
He’d always want more.
Raiden stood, taking Anemone with him, he brushed his lips against hers for the briefest of moments before setting her down and pressing a light kiss to her bare shoulder. His nostrils flared as he did, draining in her scent. Again his grip became firm on her waist.
The Hanyou realised that he was only making things more difficult, but it was incredibly hard to break away from her completely. His plan to ease himself out of their.. ’situation’ wasn’t working the way he hoped.
His head was still bent, his lips hovering over her shoulder. He had to remind himself to breathe evenly. To tame his straying thoughts and still his hands, he’d been gripping the shirt she wore so tight that he was surprised it hadn’t ripped.
Lifting his head, Raiden came face to face with Anemone and stared into her pretty pink eyes. The urge to kiss her again was there. He wondered how on earth this relationship was going to work if every time he saw her, he’d want to crush his lips to hers. Was that even normal? He didn’t think so.
Nothing about the way he felt for Anemone was normal.
“What do you feel,” He began, speaking before he could really think about it. “When we kiss?”
It wasn’t a question he would ask normally. But he felt he had to know. What he felt wasn’t normal and he wondered if Anemone felt anything out of the ordinary too.

"Not intentionally." Anemone was able to reply to Raiden's comment about how she was going to kill him. She was just about able to respond as as the seconds ticked by she could feel her mind giving way to wanted she wanted. The part of her that really wanted to try and push this as far as Raiden or she would let it go. This was an entirely new feeling for Anemone. An new experience. She wondered if this was what her sister's meant when they referred to being a 'vixen' or 'minx' when they were speaking about things Anemone hadn't understood at the time.
Now, she felt, she was getting a fairly good idea about what they meant.
Things would reach a stop point before they got to far. They had to. Anemone knew deep down that sex was something she was in no way ready for, no matter what her more primal desires were telling her. Maybe if this was the other side of Raiden she wouldn't have instigated something like this. Truth was she felt safer with her more 'tame' and 'responsible' Raiden. He wouldn't take her antics for much longer. So she'd enjoy it for the moment.
She felt that time was drawing near as she responded to Raiden's light kiss, at the same time reacting to how he pressed her against him. She enjoyed the closeness probably more than she should have, and again a strand of her sensible mind was broken.
Raiden stood, and Anemone touched the floor, despite wanting to hang onto him like a monkey. She wished he would warn her when was going to do that. There was little down in her mind he would drop her, but still - his arms could give out! Or he could get a hernia! She wasn't the lightest creature in the world. Still she didn't remain anxious for long when the sensation of his short kiss of her lips was met by the more intense sensation of the kiss on he shoulder.
Her skin rose in rows and rows of goosebumps, and she stifled a shudder threatening to run up her spine, she also tried to hide the hitch in her breathing. The hairs on the back of her neck stood straight up and her flesh tingled excited where Raiden's lips had been. Her hands replicated the movement of Raiden's. As his curled into the fabric of the t-shirt she wore, her own fingers did the same, tightening their grip on the material where her hands lay on his chest.
As Raiden asked his unexpected question, Anemone blinked several times, surprised by its candidness. She would have never expected a question like that from Raiden. Not ever, it was far too... intimate? Was that the word? Anemone frowned as she considered the question, and how it felt and how to express that coherently.
"Light-headed." She said first, "its like everything gets scrambled when you kiss me. I can't tell wrong from right and everything gets all hazy. I like it, but its kind of over-whelming. My judgment flies out the window and I'm just driven by instinct or desire. ... Or both." Anemone grinned a little, rising her bare shoulder in a shrug. She looked to it, and then continued, "that's if you kiss me here." She touched her lips to Raiden's gently before she continued.
"My skin on the other hand, that drive becomes more intense. My entire body heats up and its like I start to loose feeling in my arms and legs. Its a good feeling though, I like it. ... I wish you'd keep doing it." Anemone chewed her lower lip for a moment, she wouldn't ordinarily admit things like that. But they were alone, and she didn't know how often this would be able to occur. Raiden had a station in the school. And student/teacher relationships were really not something smiled upon. In any society.
"Why do you ask?"
