City of Kosaka;;

[ ]City Hall
The City Hall is a large marble white building and sits in the dead centre of the city. This is where all official business takes place, from marriages to court hearings.

Its quite a land mark so a lot of people use it for meeting places. In front of the building are four Corinthian style pillars, and a large court yard with grey slab paving, benches and trees dotted around.

[ ]Sky Line Hotel
The Sky Line is the biggest, best hotel in the city. It accomodates everyone, from the rich and famous, to those seeking anonymity. Functions are often held here, like proms and receptions or conferances.

It has fourteen floors, and then two exclusive penthouses kept for the most exclusive guests. The building is brick, a warm red colour. The grounds are extensive with a heated indoor and outdoor swimming pool, sauna and in-hotel gym.

The best thing about the Sky Line is that whatever happens there, stays inside its walls.

[ ]Kosaka Apartments (1 sub-board)
The main Kosaka Apartment complex is seperated into 3 large blocks. The central block is a long rectangular shape, and the other two blocks are on either side in L-shapes.

Each building is thirteen floors, and the top-most floor is a loft apartment. Each building has secure under ground parking, lifts (that are sometimes out of order) and a night porter.

[ ]Kosaka's Crystal Café
The Crsytal Café is a small, well known place which sits on the corner street near the hotel and opposite the park.

Its know by all the residents of Kosaka, and prides itself on serving the best coffee. Open twenty-four hours, its a hub of activity more often than not.

[ ]Crystal Park
Crystal Park is one of the central points of Kosaka's city. It is a large, oval shaped park that stretches over several miles in the city.

In the north end of the park is a lake, favoured by parents and children alike because of the multitude of wildlife that live in and around the lake. The lake can be walked around, or crossed over with the use of a large bridge. Pedelos can be rented for s hort period and taken out onto the lake also.

The rest of the park is littered with trees, benches and some statues.

[ ]Kosaka Island (1 sub-board)
Away from the main city, the Island is mostly uninhabited.

Surrounding the island are various beaches and coves which students are free to visit. Further inland there are lagoons, large expanses of meadow and forests.

Students are free to come and go from the island as they please; however if they are found doing anything illegal, their peers will do little to help.

Students must also remember some of the locations of the island are sacred spots to its original inhabitants, and they must respect this at all times.

[ ]The Front Lobby
The front lobby sits opposite reception. It is decorated in a rather minimalist fashion, but contains plush scarlet coloured seating, a large plasma screen and several bookshelves, filled to bursting.

Situated just beyond reception is the teacher's lounge where meetings often take place. This is restricted to faculty only, students may only enter if urgent or necessary.

The Living Quarters are divided into four dorms. The boys dorm, the girls dorm, the co-ed dorm and the Teachers dorm.

[ ]The Classrooms (2 sub-boards)
Ranging in size the classrooms take up most of the schools grounds.

On the first floor is where general knowledge is taught, such as English, Maths, History, Art and Science.

The second floor is where power control is taught. There are basic classrooms but there are also classrooms specially designed to suit students that fall into the category of having an 'elemental' power.

The detention hall can be found beneath the grounds of the school.

[ ]The Cafeteria
Hungry? Then you come here. There are many different choices ranging from American food to Asian and European food. Tables are located inside as well as outside for your enjoyment. Food may be taken back to your dorm if you do not wish to eat in the designated areas.

[ ]The Courtyard
Located behind the main building, the courtyard is where students may hangout between and after classes. Wooden benches litter the area as well as a beautiful stone fountain.

[ ]The Gym
The gym is where you come to train or let off steam.

Seperated into five areas, the first and most extensive is the track and field section While it is an indoor arena, there is enough room to stretch one's legs.

Down a corridor there is an indoor pool and sauna. There is also a drying room where students can leave damp swimming gear and towels, provided they pick them up later.

A floor above is the general exercise room, complete with rowing machines, tred mills, weights and step machines.
The next room houses the room used for general sparring matches.

And the final room is the overall training room. Students are not to use this room unless accompanied by a prefect or teacher. Breaking of this rule will mean strict punishment.

"2016: The Year of Change"
At least that's what the newspapers would have us believe. But we know better. We are different and it's like a curse. The normal people fear us; you can see it in their eyes. And there are those that seek to destroy us. They say we don't deserve to exist. But we fight for our survival, our right to live.

And this is why we came here, Kosaka Island, a Haven for people like us. But there is a problem; the war continues...even on this land.
